Seeking Academic Freedom: An Interview with Burcu Seyben

I was interviewed by my former professor and current supervisor Susan Sgorbati on my academic exodus from Turkey. The interview is one in a series of publishings by the Consortium on Forced Migration, Displacement, and Education. The Consortium was founded by Bard (Annandale and Berlin), Bennington, Sarah Lawrence, and Vassar colleges in early 2016 in response to the unprecedented acceleration of forced migration throughout the world due to war, political/ethnic/religious persecution, and poverty.
